We apologize that all guests cannot use the hotel facilities between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m.

To cancel a reservation, please note that we charge a cancellation fee at the following rates:
In addition, customers who booked through booking sites need to cancel through the booking site used to reserve a room.

Two days before reservation: 30%
A day before reservation: 50%
Same-day or no-show: 100%
☆ Please note that cancellation policy might be individually set to packages. In such a case, the cancellation policy follows the individual policy by the package.

No, we do not have a curfew. Please be sure to bring your card key when leaving the hotel.

Yes, you can. The hotel is not liable for any loss of valuables. Guests are required to manage their own valuables. Please note that we do not keep your bags after checkout.

Guests can store valuables in an individual locker and key cabinet inside their pods. The hotel is not reliable for any loss. Guests are required to manage their own valuables.

The hotel is a smoke-free facility.

Can I eat inside the hotel?

There is no restaurant inside our hotel. Guests can bring their own food and beverages and eat in the lounge located on the fifth floor. Eating and drinking are not allowed in other areas. The lounge has a vending machine, electric pot, and microwave. In addition, there are original herbal teas and flavored teas for our guests to enjoy.

All the facilities are not available to use between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m.We ask our guests not to leave any personal belongings inside the pod because the pods will be cleaned during the hours. Please place your personal belongings in the individual locker and key cabinet for valuables inside your pod.

We do not have washing machines. Instead, we will guide you to a laundromat nearby.

Yes. All the pods are equipped with two regular outlets. Also, the lounge has outlets.  Please note that electronics over 100 watts cannot be used.

What should I do if I am arriving after the arrival time?

Please be sure to call us if you will be late for the time set at the time of reservation. The final check-in time is 12 a.m. (midnight)

To check out, please stop by at the front desk on the first floor. Please return your keycard, amenity bag, and nightwear. (Bath towel and face towel can be placed in a return box.) Although full payment is due at check-in, if you purchase additional amenities, please pay at check-out.

We do not keep your luggage after checkout. Please use a coin-operated locker at train station.
